Import wines from a CSV file

Works with a Vivino "My Wines" cellar export (or any CSV with similar columns). Rows for the same wine (same producer, name, vintage, bottle size) are combined into one entry with a bottle count. Nothing is saved until you review the list and click Import — you can uncheck any row first.
